letter of inspection and approval from the manufacturer technical representative stating
that "the application of the roof at (project address) has been applied in accordance with

The following requirements are made under the 2003 International Fire
Code adopted by the Fire Board of the Wheat Ridge Fire Protection District
and the City Council of the City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
Construction requirements are as follows:
• All Fire Lanes shall remain clear at alI times.
• Demolition dumpsters shall be greater than 20 feet from any
structure.
• Any "HOT WORK" operations sha11 have a fire extinguisher
witti a rninimum rating of 2A-40BC within 10 feet.
• The Fire Alarm system shall be restored to normal working
condition every night when construction crews have cleared the
buildings.
• All electricaI panels shall be marked with the address they
serve.
• Any and all fires shall be reported immediately to the Fire
District via 911.
• An emergency phone shall be available on site during all phases
of construction.
2. Plans shall be submitted for the Fire Alarm System.
3. Plans submitted to the Fire District do not show the entire scope of
work being done (Electrical, plumbing, ect..). Other requirements may
be made upon inspection with the Fire Marshal.
4. Plans noted a commercial kitchen area. If there is commercial
cooking the hood shall have an approved fire suppression system
tested annually.
5. Inspections shall be required from the Fire District as well as the City
of Wheat Ridge Building Department.
6. 24 Hour notice shall be given for inspections.
