The City of

On May 4, 1994 the property located at 7941 W. 44th Avenue was
inspected for code violations. The inspection revealed that the
garage and both £oundations were in violation o£ the Uniform Code
£or the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, Articles 302-2, 4, 5,
6, 8, 9, 12, 13, 17 and 18. Therefore you are hereby notified
that these structures must be demolished or renovated no later
than June 10, 1994.
If you feel that this notice is in error you may appeal to the
City o£ Wheat Ridge Board of Appeals. This appeal must be £iled
within 30 days of receipt of this.letter. i£ no appeal is filed
you waive ail rights to an administrative hearing and
determination of the matter.
If no action is taken by you, the City will demolish the
structure and through a lien on the property or special
