(1) This permi[ was issued in accordance with the provisions set forth in yopur application and is subject to ihe laws of the State of Colorado antl to ihe Zoning
Regulations and Buildiny Code of Wheat Ridge, Colorado or any other applicable ordinances of the City.
(2) This pertnit shall expire if (A) the work authorizetl is not commenced within siury (60) days from issue date or (B) the building authorized is suspendetl or
abandonetl for a period of 120 days.
(3) If this pertnit ezpires, a new permit may be acquiretl tor a fee of one-half the amount normally required, provitletl no changes have been or will be made in the
original plans and specifcations and any suspension or abandonment has not exceedetl one (1) year. If chan9es are made or if suspension or abantlonment
exceeds one (7) year, full fees shall be paid for a new permit.
(4) No work of any manner shall be done.tha[ will change the naturel flow of water causing a dreinage problem.

Re: 44th and Kipling 112 acre parcel Jdemotition perntit applications
To Whom it May Concern:
Thank you for your help in obtaining tiemolition pernuts for our client on the above site. You
explained that staff from yvur off ce w 1] be visiting the site sometime in the next several days.
Please advise us if we need to arrange for asbestos surveys as this has been our experienee in other
jurisdictions. We do have several qualified fums that we can cali for this if you require it. The
woman to whom we submitted our demolition application in your office stated yesterday that an
asbestos study would not be required for issuance of demoIition permits. Please clarify this issue
for us- we want to be compliant. The demolition contractor that our client is uaiizing for ttus
project has inquired about possible asbestos content in siding materials on several of the houses
scheduled to be demolished. The s3ding materials on these houses is in fact waod shingles.
Please call us with any addiaonal requirements, and let us know by telephone when the pemuts are
ready to pick up.
