And lastly, if there are collector plates resting on a wall shelf, those should be taken down as well. Our AAM roofers move material around the roof as gently as possible, but human traffic can transmit some vibration. We rarely have any problems with regard to vibrations to load bearing walls, but as a precaution we recommend that you prepare for our installation week.(Be sure to tell the tenant to take down loose objects affected by roof load out, and construction.) 20. This proposal includes the removal of the existing gutters. There is no price quoted for new gutters. All material is guaranteed to be as specified.
