Mr. Cook came to our office and told us that as our Dumpster was sitting in our alley approx. 60 feet from the street we only needed to have it fenced on the North side facing 29th Ave. He also expressed a concern that it would not impede the Citys heavy equipment that might on occasion have to go down the alley. Accordingly we would like to build a moveable 5 foot by 5 foot fence that would be positioned approximately 60 feet from 29th Ave. It would be attached to our West wall and covez the 5 foot width of the Dumpstex area. It would consist of a frame made of 2 X 4's that would be 5 feet long and 4 feet high. This frame would have 2 base feet on either end of the frame so that it could be self standing. It would howevex be attached to the wall of the building in such a way that it could be detached if City heavy equipment needed to go off the alley tarmac. The frame would then have fence slats nailed to it making it a fence! This is a simple structure that can be moved and hopefully meets with youz approval.
