As requested I have talked with Fruitdale Sanitation about the installation of the new floor drain located at
11427 West 1-70 Frontage Road North.
I met with Gary from Fruitdale at the new Tenant's existing location so he could observe their use of the
new floor drain. He had no special requirements after reviewing the use of the floor drain and advised me
to proceed with the drawings as discussed with him.

1. This permit was issued based on the information provided in the permit application and accompanying plans and
specifications and is subject to the compliance with those documents, and all applicable statutes, ordinances,
regulations, policies and procedures.
2. This permit shall expire 365 days after the date of issuance regardless of activity. Requests for extension must
be made in writing and received prior to the date of expiration. An extension of no more than 180 days made be granted
at the discretion of the Chief Building Official and may be subject to a fee equal to one- half of the original permit fee.
3. If this permit expires, a new permit may be required to be obtained. Issuance of a new permit shall be subject to
the standard requirements, fees and procedures for approval of any new permit. Re- issuance or extension of expired
permits is at the sole discretion of the Chief Building Official and is not guaranteed.

HVAC: The office area and the storage area both have existing Heating and air condition
and ventilation to them. All systems have fresh air intakes to the return portion of
the units. The mechanical systems shall be capable of a minimum of one
complete air exchange per hour. Supplies and Returns shall be adjusted
accordingly to provide even heat and cooling.
The restrooms shall have a minimum of 70 cfm exhaust fans.
Electrical Add exit signs and relocate emergency lighting per plans. Add switch for 4 existing
