Please be aware of the following items regarding the construction of the project: 1. The proposed drainage facilities shall be constructed and approved by the City of Wheat Ridge prior to issuance of the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy. 2. Erosion control for the project shall be placed in conformance with the approved drainage/erosion control plan and shall be maintained as needed during the course of construction. 3. All drainage improvements shall be constructed in conformance with the approved drainage report and plan. 4. It will be the responsibility of the contractor for the project to repair any damage to the existing public improvements on West 43rd Avenue as a result of related construction traffic in the area. Also, the contractor will be responsible for maintaining West 43rd Avenue on a regular basis such that it is free of construction debris and trackinq from construction traffic accessing the site. 5. Upon completion of the drainage improvements, the engineer shall provide to the City of Wheat Ridge a letter of certification stating that the various improvements, as defined in the drainage report and plan, have been accurately surveyed to confirm that their construction is in accordance with these documents.
