MUNICIPALITY HAVING JURISDICTION OVER THIS PROJECT.
2. FOUNDATION DESIGN IS BASED ON THE ASSUMPTION THAT THE EXISTING SOIL AT
THE BOTTOM OF THE EXCAVATION FOR THE FOUNDATION IS NON-EXPANSIVE AND
