I have received via our online residential reroof permit application process, a request from Lifetime Windows and Siding for a permit for your property at 10500 W. 45th Ave. I am emailing you because we already have on file an active permit from RM Commercial Contractors. It was pulled last summer on 6/30/2017. We show that there were not any inspections done with this permit.
