(building permit #10938) The following violations needed to be corrected before your final inspection can be completed, • Relocate the dryer vent at least 3'-0" away from the combustion air hoods. UNIC 504.6 • Due to the existing 6" combustion air duct being undersized per IJMC Table 7-A, remove the lower combustion air drop and terminate both 6" pipes within 12 inches of the ceiling per UMC 702.1 Exception. • Properly seal and secure combustion air ducts and new dryer vent location with screws and caulking, not the putty that has been installed. • Verify that the vent cap on the flue has 28 square inches of unrestricted openings. Provide product information on site at next inspection. Once these items aze completed the installation will be code compliant and can receive final sign-off.
