Installation of roof sheathing (new or overlay) requires an approved inspection prior to installation of ANY roof coverings and is require on the entire roof when spaced or board sheathing with ANY gap exceeding A3�-inch exists. Asphalt shingles are required to be fastened to the roof deck with a minimum of 6 nails per shingle. Ice and water shield is required. Eave and rake metal is required. DRP is required by Colorado State Law to carry a $2M/S1M insurance policy for personal and property damage, which is listed in the top right comer of this document. DRP agrees to perform the work authorized by the insurance company at the rates that the insurance company authorizes for each specific trade. The work will be completed to the most recent code standards.
