Please provide discussion regarding the effect of historic flows upon adjacent properties. 2. Please check the C-values with the intensity curves provided by the City. _ 3. Please provide discussion regarding the drainage pipe for the retaining wall. 4. Please provide P.E. seal and signature on the final approved report. Drainage Plan(s) l. Historic Flows - Discussion regarding historic conditions have been added to the drainage study. 2. `C' Values - Plan has been revised by using the City intensity curves, rather than those used in the subdivision drainage report. 3.
