Construct a stucco wall endosure around existing patio (shown in green).
• The wall and pillars will be designed to resemble the Yarrow/So Zephyr units as close as possible.
• The new wall would be approximately 36 inches high and 7 inches thick, have a 4 inch bottom gap,
and the stucco color will match the exterior walls as close as possible. It will start approximately 6
inches from the existing wall between the 3260 & 3270 Zephyr units, run west for approx 30", then
run north for approximately 13.5 feet (the widt6 of the patio), then east for approximately 5 feet.
• There will be 3 pillars: one in the sw comer, one in the nw comer, and one at the east end of the wall.
• Enclosure has been approved by the Hacienda Loma V ista Homeowners Association Architecbual
Revisions Committee.
