However, I concluded, that since the service is less then 150 volts to ground and after reading the bluc commentaty and e.xa ininp the p,xhjbit 230.22, in the N.E.C. handbook,i believe the clearance should be 10' from grade. 1 took the libcrry to call Crrant Hammett of the State Elecuica! Board, (303-894-2990) to ask for an interprctation.
