Bus Stop has been informed they need to be removed. If you can still help me out the benches at the following locations need to be picked up. There is one bench at each location. This letter serves as notice that the benches owned by Outdoor Systems at the locations specified in the attached list must be removed by August 20,1999. If the benches are not removed by Outdoor Systems, the City will have the benches removed as provided in Section 21-150 of the Wheat Ridge Code of Laws, with the cost of removal billed to Outdoor Systems. Here is what I found out: 1. The Code provides that benches with advertising must be located only within certain zone districts. There aze numerous Outdoor Systems benches with advertising located where they are not permitted. In addition, the Code provides that for every five benches with advertising, one without advertising must be placed within the City. There are very few benches without advertising. The first five items above are violations of the Code and it is within the discretion of the City to revoke the permits.
