Re: 3700 Garrison St and 3720 Marshall St
Please close out all open permits on 3700 Garrison St.
Regarding the outside of 3700 Garrison St. We are targeting the
outside, either painting or hiring contractor to finish the exterior by
summer 2009. Hopefully sooner as long as the jobs hold out.
3720 Marshall St the back room
We are going to be cleaning out all the items left by the renter who
vacated the property. First step of fixing up this house will be having
the roof replaced in the next 3 months again hopefully sooner.
