Steve, in addition to the comments made by John McGuire, the Planning and Development
Department had two minor changes to the lot line consolidation for the Beyers subdivision at
11721 W. 52"d Avenue.
1. Remove the signature line for the Parks and Recreation Commission.
2. Remove the signature line for then Chairman of the Planning Commission.

The Wheat Ridge Department of Community Development has received a request for a lot line consolidation at he property
described below. Your response to the following questions and any comments on this proposal would be appreciated by January
31, 2000. No response from you by this date will constitute no objections or concerns regarding this proposal.
