Per that review the following changes need to be reflected on the plans prior to recording: 1. This amendment is the first one in Hillcrest Heights and should have a number "1 " in the title for the Amendment No. In the Approvals and Certifications, Wheat Ridge should be 2 words. Signature blocks for Public Service Co., US West, and the Parks and Recreation Commission should be deleted as they are not applicable in this plat. 4. Utility easements of eight (8) feet along the rear lot line and ten (10) feet along the front lot line are required and should be depicted graphically on the plat. The existing Block and Lot numbers should be faded with the new lot number (25A) and new total acreage shown as more pronounced. 6. A note is needed for the exiting lot line between lot 25 and 10-I as follows: "Lot line to be vacated by this plat". The note regarding the wood fence needs clarification as follows: "wood fence 7.6' east of property line". 8. Please see attached review memo from John McGuire, City Surveyor. This memo has been sent directly to Glorso Murray Surveys. Please revise the drawings accordingly and re-submit 2 copies for final review prior to producing the mylar for recording.
