The original application was submitted to the City of Wheat Ridge Department of Planning and Development on July 25, 2000. The Public Works Department provided comments back to you dated August 3, 2000 for required revisions to the document. Since that time, no revised submittal has been provided. If you intend to complete the lot consolidation process, please submit a letter to that effect to this office by July 8, 2002. If we do not receive a letter by that date, your application will be considered withdrawn and a new application will be needed. Please keep in mind that no building permits for development on the property will be issued until a consolidation plat has been reviewed and approved by the city and recorded with the Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder's Office.
