I have reviewed the document and have the following comments: 1. In the dedicatory statement, please correct the spelling of "utlities" and "expences". Please eliminate "sum" as it is repeated. (See redmarks).. 2. An attorney's certificate block is not a requirement of the City's subdivision regulations and can be removed. 3. Please remove the references to "chairman" and "secretary" under the Public Works Director's and Planning and Development Director's signature blocks. 4. On page 2, the zoning for the western portion of the Green Valley Subdivision is R-1, not C-1. The R-C zoning on the eastern portion is correct. Attached are comments generated by the Department of Public Works. Once all of the changes are made, a black line, photographic mylar can be submitted to the City for signatures and recording.
