TITLE: A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2011
GENERAL FUND BUDGET TO REFLECT THE APPROVAL
OF A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION IN
THE AMOUNT OF $13,560 FOR THE PURCHASE OF FOUR
MOBILE DATA COMPUTERS AND APPROVAL OF THE
PURCHASE OF TEN MOBILE DATA COMPUTERS IN THE
TOTAL AMOUNT OF $37,559.50
WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes the importance of having reliable and
functional officer mobile data computers in the patrol vehicles; and
WHEREAS, a supplemental budget appropriation in the amount of $13,650 is
required to allow the City to purchase all ten mobile date computers scheduled for
replacement; and
WHEREAS, the total expense shall be reimbursed by the E911 authority board;
and
WHEREAS, the Wheat Ridge Charter requires that amendments to the budget
be effected by the City Council adopting a Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Wheat Ridge, Colorado, as follows:
A. The City Council authorizes the transfer of $13,560 from the General Fund
reserves to account 01-117-800-809 and amendment of the 2011 fiscal
year budget accordingly.
