I, Mary Lou Chapla, Secretary to the City of Wheat Ridge Board of
Adjustment, do hereby certify that the following Resolution was
duly adopted in the City of Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson,
State of Colorado, on the 23rd day of Segtember., 1993.
CASE NO: TUP-93-7
APPLICANT`S NAME: Ketelsen Campers
LOCATION: Behind 9870 W. I-70 Service Road
Upon motion by Board Member ABBOTT seconded by Board Member
ROSSILLON the following Resolution was stated.
WHEREAS, the applicant was denied permission by an Administrative
Officer; and
WHEREAS, Board of Adjustment Application, Case No. TUP-93-7
is an appeal to this Board from the decision of an Administrative
Officer; and
WHEREAS; the property has been posted the required 15 days by law
and there WERE NO protests registered against it; and
WHEREAS; the relief applied for MAY BE be granted without
detriment to the public welfare and without substantially
impairing the intent and purpose of the regulations governing the
City of Wheat Ridge. .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Board of Adjustment
Application Case No. TUP-93-7 be and hereby is APPROVED.
REQUEST: A Temporary Use Permit
PURPOSE: To allow RV storage in an Agricultural-One zone
district.
FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
1. The proposed vehicle storage lot will not negatively affect
the general health, safety and welfare of persons
residing or working in the area.
2. The lot will not affect adequate light and air, or cause
air, water or noise pollution for adjacent properties.
3. Since the lot will be gravelled, the existing
permeability will remain the same, therefore there should
be no negative affect on drainage in the area.
4. Adequate provisions for circulation within the lot have been
made. There should be no problems with parking or loading.
5. The Temporary Use Permit will not overburden capacities
of the existing streets, utilities, parks and schools.

WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. The lot will be surrounded with a 6` high screening fence
and shall be of the type and design approved by the Principal
of Pennington Elementary.
2. The Temporary Use Permit will be for one year.
VOTE: YES: Abbott, Dooley, Junker, Reynolds and Rossillon
NO: None
DISPOSITION: Temporary Use Permit granted by a vote of 5-0.
