REQUEST: Two-lot minor subdivision APPROXIMATE AREA: .8 acre WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge Planning Division has submitted a list of factors to be considered with the above request, and said list of factors is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, there was testimony received at a public hearing by the Planning Commission and such testimony provided additional facts. • NOW, THEREFORE, based upon the facts presented and conclusions reached, it was moved by Commissioner ECKHARDT, seconded by Commissioner WILLIAMS, that Case No. MS-96-7, an application by Lawrence Gill fox approval of a two-lot minor subdivision for property located at 6000 west 32nd Avenue be approved fox the following seasons: 1. A subdivision is required to create the two parcels. 2. All requirements of the Subdivision Regulations have been met. With the following condition: 1. Tx act 'A' be shown as being "hereby dedicated fox right-of-way purposes".
