A. SWEARING IN
Pam Anderson, City Clerk, administered the oath of office to the following
Housing Authority members:
Cheryl Brungardt, Kent Davis, Jerry DiTullio, Kathryn Fulton, & Kathy Nuanes
B. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chair DiTullio.

D. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
It was moved by Kent Davis and seconded by Cheryl Brungard to approve
the minutes of January 28, 2003. The motion passed 4-0 with Kathy Nuanes
abstaining.
E. OFFICERS REPORTS
There were no officers reports.
F. PUBLIC FORUM
No one was present to address the Authority.
G. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
There was no unfinished business.
H. NEW BUSINESS
Update on Carnation Square Proiect
Larry Nelson reported that two units have been sold. Garages are now complete
and keys will be given to the owners. The market is picking up and two sales per
month are anticipated. The units are priced below market.
Hemy Wehrdt reported that the management fee for this project has been reduced
to 5% of actual contractual costs. There are very few items left on the punch list.
There was discussion about including in the costs a fence behind the garages to
provide security and prevent graffiti. No specific conclusion was reached. The
homeowner association will take over maintenance of property when 70% of the
units are sold.
I. OTHER
There was discussion about future projects. As available opportunities arise, the
Authority will tour the properties.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m. Future meetings will be scheduled as
needed.
