Yes you need to pull two permits one with the Building Division include the attached proof and approximate location site
plan. The other is with Public Works finish filling out the attached flood plain permit application section and include
with the flood plain* permit the sign proof and site plan approximate location. There will be no cost to this permit. You
still have your Wheat Ridge business license correct? tet me know
