The Liquor Authority Meeting was called to order by the Mayor.
Councilmembers present: Kent Davis, Tony Flasco, Doris Ibbison, Rod
Johnson, Larry Merkl, Moe Keller, Randy West, and Claudia Worth. Also
present: Deputy City Clerk, Chri_sta Jones; and City Attorney, John
Hayes.
Discussion regarding the case against the Rockette Bar for the alleged
sale of liquor to an intoxicated person by the bartender of the Rockette
Bar, Edward Hood, which vas di.smi.ssed in County Court. Motion by Mr.
Merkl that we dismiss the case against the Rockette Bar; seconded by
Mr. Johnson; carried 8-0.
