July 24, 2003
Chairman Kent Davis called the Liquor Authority Meeting to order at 9.00 a m Liquor Authority
Members present: John Miks, Kent Davis, Anthony Davia, Robert Alldredge, Judy DiCroce,
Brenda Locricchio and Frank Sanzalone Also present: Deputy City Clerk, Christa Jones
Motion by Mrs DiCroce for approval of the Minutes of July 10, 2003, seconded by Mr Miks,
carried 7-0.
Item 1 Motion to approve the Modification of premises for Dillon Companies, Inc , dba King
Soopers, 3400 Youngfield Street, Wheat Ridge, Colorado
Barb Osness, Property Manager for King Soopers, was present and explained the new
plans for the store
Questions from the Authority followed
Motion by Mr Miks for approval of the Modification of Premises for Dillon Companies, Inc,
dba King Soopers, 3400 Youngfield Street, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, seconded by Mr
Sanzalone, carried 7-0
Item 2 Motion to accept the Findings for Prk N Pik Liquors and authorize the Chair and Clerk
to sign and forward the findings
Motion by Mrs DiCroce to accept the Findings for Prk N Pik Liquors and authorize the Chair and
Clerk to sign and forward the findings, seconded by Ms Locricchio, carried 7-0
Meeting adjourned at 9*17 a.m
