November 13, 2003
Chair Kent Davis called the Liquor Authority Meeting to order at 9.00 a.m Liquor Authority
Members present: Judith DiCroce, Anthony Davia, Robert Alldredge, Brenda Locricchio,
Kent Davis, Frank Sanzalone, Lloyd Donnelly and John Miks Also present: City Clerk, Pam
Anderson, Deputy City Clerk, Christa Jones-and Administrative Assistant, Janice Smothers.
Motion by Mr Donnelly for approval of the Minutes of September 25, 2003, seconded by
Mr Miks, carried 8-0.
Item 1 Discussion of Liquor Survey procedures
Deputy Jones gave a brief summary of Item 1
Max Scott, President of Oedipus Inc , presented a background of his company to the
Authority which included
• Incorporated in 1974
• Professional staff
• 5000 plus surveys conducted to date
• Flat fee of $1000 00/survey (100 signatures)
• Flat fee of $1650 00/survey (over 100 signatures)
• Conducts liquor surveys for numerous Colorado
municipalities
Questions from the Authority followed
Consensus 8-0 to bring a Motion forward at the next Liquor Authority Meeting to use
Oedipus Inc. for Liquor Authority Surveys at the $1000 00 fee and to incorporate other
jurisdictions' boundaries in the survey as the Authority deems necessary
Meeting adjourned at 10 15 a.m
