CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO

July 14, 2005
The Study Session was called to order by Vice Chair, Anthony Davia at 9 00 a.m
Liquor Authority Members present: Kent Davis, Judy DiCroce, Brenda
Locricchio, John Miks, Frank Sanzalone Chairman Robert Alldredge was
absent. Also present: Deputy City Clerk, Christa Jones, City Attorney, Jerry
Dahl, Chief of Police, Dan Brennan, Sgt. Mark Cooney; City Clerk, Pamela
Anderson
Discussion with Chief of Police and City Attorney regarding various concerns, i e
warning letters to licensees, procedural matters, etc
City Attorney, Jerry Dahl, answered questions regarding imposing penalties,
stipulations, fines, attorney representation, and a variety of other concerns
expressed by Liquor Authority Members
Chief Brennan explained the procedures and reasons for writing warning letters
to establishments and answered questions
Mr Davia left at 9.50 a.m
Meeting adjourned at 10 15 a m
