Chairman Tony Davia called the Liquor Authority Meeting of June 8, 2006
to order at 9.00 a.m Liquor Authority Members present: Robert Alldredge,
David Berry, Kent Davis, Judith DiCroce, John Miks, and Frank Sanzalone
Carolyn Peterson was absent. Also present: Deputy City Clerk, Christa Jones
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF May 25, 2006
Motion by Mr Alldredge for approval of the Minutes of May 25, 2006, seconded
by Mr Sanzalone, carried 4 in favor with Mrs DiCroce, Mr Miks, and Mr Davis
abstaining
Item 1. Modification of Premises for Wheat Ridge Lanes, Inc , 6595 West
38th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado
lq~ Christa Jones presented the staff report.
Applicant David Hanscom was present and explained his plans for modification
of premises.
Motion by Mr Davis to approve the modification of premises for Wheat Ridge
Lanes, Inc, d/b/a "Wheat Ridge Lanes", 6595 West 38th Avenue, Wheat Ridge,
Colorado, and authorize the Chair of the Liquor Authority to sign the application,
seconded by Mr Miks, carried 7-0
Item 2. Notice of Alleged Liquor Code Violation at Clancy's Irish Pub,
10117 West 37th Place, Wheat Ridge, Colorado
Christa Jones presented the staff report.
Mr Davis disclosed that he had been present at Clancy's during the alleged
incident and questioned if he would be allowed at the hearing and could vote
The Liquor Authority found no reason why Mr Davis shouldn't participate or vote

Motion by Mr Berry that a Notice of hearing and order to Show Cause be
prepared by the City Attorney and executed by the Chair and Deputy City Clerk
and be issued to the owners of Clancy's Irish Pub, 10117 West 37th Place, Wheat
Ridge, Colorado, based on allegations contained in the attached Notice of
Alleged Liquor Code Violation.
The hearing is to be scheduled for July 13, 2006 at 9:00 a.m., seconded by Mrs
DiCroce, carried 7-0
Item 3. Notice of Alleged Liquor Code Violation at Wheat Ridge Liquors,
5808 West 38th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado
Christa Jones presented the staff report.
Motion by Mr Miks that a Notice of hearing and order to Show Cause be
prepared by the City Attorney and executed by the Chair and Deputy City Clerk
and be issued to the owners of Wheat Ridge Liquors, 5808 West 38th Avenue,
Wheat Ridge, Colorado, based on allegations contained in the attached Notice of
Alleged Liquor Code Violation
The hearing is to be scheduled for July 13, 2006 at 9:00 a.m.,
seconded by Mr Sanzalone, carried 7-0
Item 4. Notice of Alleged Liquor Code Violation at Diamond Shamrock,
12300 West 44th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado
Christa Jones presented the staff report.
Motion by Mr Alldredge that a Notice of hearing and order to Show Cause be
prepared by the City Attorney and executed by the Chair and Deputy City Clerk
and be issued to the owners of Diamond Shamrock, 12300 West 44th Avenue,
Wheat Ridge, Colorado, based on allegations contained in the attached Notice of
Alleged Liquor Code Violation
The hearing is to be scheduled for July 13, 2006 at 10:00 a.m.,
seconded by Mr Sanzalone, carried 7-0

Item 5. Notice of Alleged Liquor Code Violation at Every Day Store, 5990
West 38th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado
Christa Jones presented the staff report
Motion by Mrs DiCroce that a Notice of hearing and order to Show Cause be
prepared by the City Attorney and executed by the Chair and Deputy City Clerk
and be issued to the owners of Every Day Store, 5990 West 38th Avenue, Wheat
Ridge, Colorado, based on allegations contained in the attached Notice of
Alleged Liquor Code Violation
The hearing is to be scheduled for July 13, 2006 at 10:00 a.m.,
seconded by Mr Davis, carried 7-0
Mr Davis stated that he would be out of State on July 13, 2006 and would miss
all four violation hearings
Motion by Mr Davis to change all four above referenced hearing dates to July
27, 2006, seconded by Mr Alldredge, carried 7-0
