engineer of record stating the walls have been completed in general conformance of the design shall
be required prior to issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy.
2. Must construct CDOT Type 3 driveway (refer to CDOT M-609-1)
3. Fees in lieu of construction for the standard sidewalk in the amount of $3,975 shall be required at
time of Building Permit issuance.
