is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, sold, conveyed and QUIT CLAIMED, and by
these presents do remise, release, sell, convey and QUIT CLAIM unto the said party of the second part, its
SUccessors and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said part i e s of the

West of the 5th Principal Meridian in the City of Wheat Ridge and County
of Jefferson, Colorado, described as fnllows: Beginning at a point which
is the Northeast property corner and bein~ West along the North line of
Section 28 a distance of 40.0 feet and South parallel with the East line
of the NE~ of Section 28 a distance of 30.0 feet from the Northeast corner
of Section 28, T.3S., R.59W.;
1. Thence Westerly along the North property line a distance
of 10.0 feet;
2. Thence diagonally Southeasterly a distance of 14.1 feet
to a point on the East line property line;
3. Thence Northerly along the East property line a distance
of 10.0 feet to the point of beginning.
The above described tract contains 50 square feet more or less.
