South, Range 69 West, of the 6th P.M.;
thence N 00008.6' W, (bearings for this description are relative to
one another) 566.9 feet along the west line of said Section 20;
thence S 77017.5' W, 0.1 feet to number 371, a 7/8" diameter steel pin
(0.9' below asphalt surface), said steel pin being Station 0-15.48;

I, John S. Lambert, a registered land surveyor in the State of Colorado, do
hereby certify that the above description was prepared for the City of / ~
Wheat Ridge, 7500 W. 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, 80033, by me and ~
on behalf of Sellards & Grigg, Inc., 143 Union Blvd., Lakewood, Colorado,
80228.
I further certify that the centerline of the 66 foot wide strip was field
located under my direct supervision and checking during 1984 from the use
of Plat Book A, Pages 14 and 15, Jefferson County Records. The parcel(s)
affected (if any portion) was determined from a records search performed at
Jefferson County Records. It is from the above recited instruments that
their impact (if any) with the 66 foot wide strip was reconciled from the
use of those instruments, together with the perimeter of said Sections 20
and 21. No land survey of the individual parcel(s) were performed or
intended to imply any direct or indirect representation to a monumented
Land Surveyor Plat as defined under subsections (1 through 5, 7,8 and 9)
of Section 38-51-100.3, C.R.S. 1973 (1979 Supp.). IMPORTANT NOTE: The
instrument recorded in Plat Book <'1 , at Page 'I , Jefferson County
Records is to be made a part of this Exhibit A as ~ritten on the face
hereof. It is the intent of this scrivener that this Exhibit A shall take
precedence over the instrument recorded in sai d Pl at Book'" i at

NOTICE: According to Colorado law you must commence any legal action based

McLAURY, the principal, designate CATHERINE McLAURY my attorney
in fact and agent (subsequently called agent) for me and in my
name and for my benefit, giving unto my agent all the powers set
forth herein.
1. General Grant of Power. My agent may exercise or
perform any act, power, duty, right or obligation whatsoever that
I now have or may hereafter acquire, relating to any person,
matter, transaction or property, real or personal, tangible or
intangible, now owned or hereafter acquired by me, including,
without limitation, the specifically enumerated powers contained
herein; and I grant to my agent full power and authority to do
everything necessary in exercising any of the powers herein
granted as fully as I might or could do if personally present,
with full power of substitution or revocation, hereby ratifying
and confirming all that my agent shall lawfully do or cause to be
done by virtue of this power of attorney and the powers herein

shall not incur any liability to me or my estate as a result of
permitting my agent to exercise this power.

10. Gifts. My agent may make gifts of my property
and other transfers without consideration to my spouse and to my
descendants in such amounts as my agent determines. All such
gifts shall be treated as having been made by me and shall, if
required by law, be reported on appropriate gift tax returns.
11. Medical Treatments. My agent may give any con-
sents or approvals that may be necessary to enable me to receive
medical or other professional care, counsel, treatment or ser-
vice.
12. Interpretation. This instrument is to be
construed and interpreted as a general power of attorney. The
enumeration of specific powers herein is not intended to, nor
does it, limit or restrict the general powers herein granted to
my agent.
13. Third-Party Reliance. Third parties may rely
upon the representations of my agent as to all matters relating
to any power granted to my agent, and no person who may act in
reliance upon the representations of my agent or the authority
granted to my agent shall incur any liability to me or my estate
as the result of permitting my agent to exercise any power.
14. Disability of Principal. This General Power of
Attorney shall not be affected by my disability.
15. Life Insurance on Life of Agent. Notwithstanding
any other provision of this General Power of Attorney, my agent
shall have no rights or powers hereunder with respect to any
policy of insurance, owned by me, insuring the life of my agent.
16. Fiduciary Powers. Notwithstanding the provisions
of this General Power of Attorney, my agent shall have no rights
or powers hereunder with respect to any act, power, duty, right
or obligation, relating to any person, matter, transaction or
property, owned by me or in my custody as a trustee, custodian,
personal representative or other fiduciary capacity.
