We performed compaction testing of site grading during our observations completed between March 27 through April 2, 2020. The compaction tests and our observation indicated the fill was placed in general conformance with compaction recommendations. We performed compaction testing of pad subgrade during our observations completed between May 20 through June 18, 2020. The compaction tests and our observations indicated the fill was placed in general conformance with compaction recommendations. We performed concrete testing of footings, wall, grade beam, post tensioned slab on grade, and slab on deck during our observations completed between August 5 through November 7, 2020. The test results indicated the average 28 -day compressive strengths achieved specified strengths with the exception of the following samples listed below. Sample No. 76377 did not achieve strength at 28 or 56 days. Sample Nos. 79859, 79864, 80074, 80075, 80597, 80598, and 80599 have not yet been tested at 28 days.
