I further state that the centerline of the 66 foot wide strip was field located under my direct supervision and checking during 1984 from the use of Plat Book A, Pages 14 and 15, Jefferson County Records. The affected parcel(s) were determined from a records search performed at the Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder's office located at 1700 Arapahoe, Golden, Colorado. It is from those instruments of record as identified in Exhibit A that their overlap (if any) with said 66 foot wide strip is to be acquired from use of this instrument. No land survey of the individual parcel(s) were performed or intended to imply any direct or indirect representation to a monumented Land Surveyor Plat as defined under subsections (1 through 5, 7, 8 and 9) of Section 38-51-100.3, C.R.S. 1973 (1979 Supp.).
