E3 Power performed a Duct leakage test on the above mentioned building on January 28, 2021
at 11:00 AM. The total duct leakage measurement was 63 CFM @-25 pascals. The duct system
meets the air tightness requirement of 4 CFM per 100 square feet of area served and is
compliant with code.
