THAT WHEREAS, the Board of County CommissIOners of the County of Jefferson,
State of Colorado, did at a regular meeting of Said Board held at the Administrative/JudicJal
Facility in saId County on the 20th day of June, 2000, duly adopt and pass Resolution No CCOO-
361 authorizing the quitclaIm of the heremafter described real property to the City and did by
smd ResolutIOn appoint and constltute the undersigned as Commissioner to qUItclaim and
execute a deed for Said real property to the City for and on behalf of the County, and did further
authorize the undersigned to execute thIS deed and to affix the seal of smd County hereto
NOW, THEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of Ten Dollars
($10 00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid by the City to the County, receipt of
which is hereby confessed and acknowledged, the undersigned, actmg as CommlsslOner aforesmd,
does by these presents remise, release, sell, and quitclaim unto the Clty, its successors and assigns,
all the nght, tJtle, interest. claIm and demand which said County has m and to the real property
described m Exhiblt A attached hereto, Situate, lymg and bemg m the County of Jefferson, State of
Colorado, for so long as all of the real property remmns wIthin Jefferson County boundarles, is used
by a public entIty for public open space, park or recreatlonal purposes, and no differential m any user
fee IS charged to any Jefferson County resIdent for the use of the real property or any lmprovements
thereon, and no longer.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and smgular appurtenances and
priVileges thereunto belongmg or m any way thereunto appenainmg, and all the estate, right, title,
mterest and claim whatsoever of said County, either in law or equity, for so long as all of the real
property remains wlthm Jefferson County boundarIes and is used by a publIc entlty for publIc
open space, park or recreatIOnal purposes. and no differential in any user fee is charged to any
