KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Frank J, Zuech and Irmgard R. Zuech, whose legal address

dred and NOIlOO DOLLARS ($500,00), in hand paid, acceptance, sufficiency, and receipt of which is hereby ac-
knowledged, do hereby remise, release, sell, convey and QUIT CLAIM unto the City of Wheat Ridge, a municipal
corporation in the State of Colorado, whose address is 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson,
State of Colorado, 80033, its successors and assigns, forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the
Grantors have in and to the following real property, in the City of Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, State of Colo-
rado, to wit:
A tract of land lying in the NWl/.i of Section 24, Township 3 South, Range 69 West of the 6th Principal
Meridian, City of Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, described as,
A part of those lands as described at Reception Number F0457312 of the official records of the County
of Jefferson, State of Colorado, being more particularly described as follows,
Commencing at the Northeast Corner of said NW 1/4 of Section 24, whence the SE Corner bears S
00016'49" E, a distance of 2641.42 feet; Thence S 00016'49" E along the East Line of said NW 1/4, a
distance of 635,21 feet to a point; Thence S 89043' 11" W, leaving said East line, a distance of 30,00
feet to a point on the Westerly Right-of-Way line of Harlan Street and the Point of Beginning;
Thence S 00016'49" E along said westerly Right-of-Way line, a distance of 15,00 feet; Thence
S89043'57" W leaving said Right-of-Way, a distance of 15 00 feet; Thence 23,56 feet along a curve to the
