WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge Planning Division has submitted a list of factors to be considered with the
above request, and said list of factors is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and made a part
hereof-, and
WHEREAS, there was testimony received at a public hearing by the Planning Commission and such testimony
provided additional facts.
NOW, THEREFORE, based upon the facts presented and conclusions reached, it was moved by Commissioner
Snow, seconded by Commissioner Rasplicka, that Case No. WZ-97-3, an application by Rob Tucker for approval
of a PID final development plan amendment for property located at 4990 Iris Street be approved for the
following reasons:
1. A plan amendment is required to allow building expansion,,
2. All requirements for a final development plan have been met,,
3. Staff recommends approval.,
With the following condition:

foregoing Resolution was duty adopted by a 5-0 vote of the members present at their regular meeting held in the Council
