REQUEST: An application by the City • Wheat Ridge to consider a proposed amendment to the
Wheat Ridge Code of Laws, Chapter 26, Zoning Ordinance, relating to residential
densities and development standards.
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge Planning Division has submitted a list of factors to • considered
with the above request, and said list • factors is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
and made a part hereof, and
WHEREAS, there was testimony received at a public hearing by the Planning Commission and such
testimony provided additional facts.
