EXHIBIT A
Beginning at a point in the center o~ West 38th lvenue,
(Formerly known as Prospect Avenue) which is 218.35 fe~t
South vf the Northeast (NE) corner of the northwest quarter
ot the northeast quarter (NW 1/4 NE 1/4) of Section
Twenty-nine (S.29), Township Three South, (T.3 5.), Range
Sixty-nine West (R. 69 W.) of the 6th P.M., thence Westerly
alo~g the center of West 38th Avenue about South 760 57' West
277.6 feet; thence North parallel with Section line 825 feet
(thru a concrete post at the edge of West 38th AVenue to a
second concrete post near the edge of the Clear Creek bluff,
said posts having been erected after agreement between John
R. Lee and Jerome Haywar~. then the owners of the adjoining
property in 1924 to permanently mark the West line of the
tract so~o to Jerome Hayward by John R. Lee recorded November
I, 1924 .n Book 269. Page 41" records of Jefferson Cou~ty
and as p~rchased from Jer(~e Hayward; thence approximately
North 45' 35' East 378 feet to a steel pin on the East 1/16th
section 11ne; thence South along the East 1/16th section line
a distance of 1025 feet ~o the point of beginning, being a
tract of land containing 5 acres, more or less.
Also an undivided 5/100 of the Lee Lateral of the Lee,
Stewart &nd Eskens Ditch and the proportion of water decreed
to said Jitch. said Lee Lateral being entitled to 1/6 of the
waters o~ the Lee. Stewart ano Eskens [itch, East of the
Easley lir.e. Also an undivided 1/2 interest in the John Lee
Lateral of the said Lee Lateral which also serves two other
tr~cts of 3 acres and 2 acres respectively adjoining to the
West. subject to the proportionate share of expense of main-
taining and operating sai0 ditches. Except right of way to
Jefferson ~vunty for West 38th Avenue as used for highway
purposes, right of way for power lines and telephone lines

the east line of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of said Section 29 a dis-
tance of 215.CO feet to the center of West 38th Avenue (fo:-
merly known as Pro~pect Avenue); thence S 760 41'W along the
center of West 38th Avenue a distance of 276.15 feet to the
true point of beginning, said point being at the intersection
of a north-sc'lth linp through a concrete post at the north
si~e at West "8th Avenue and through a second concrete post
