Subject: Utility Easement, Rec. No. 2018087433
Please be advised that the Subdivision Plat titled "Hance's Subdivision Replat No. 2", recorded
on September 24, 2018 at Reception Number 2018087433 in the official records of the County of
Jefferson, State of Colorado included one minor error:
1. The utility easement on the southerly portion of Lots 10-12, Block 3 was labeled
incorrectly on said plat. The easement shown as: "6' UTILITY EASEMENT" will
now be known as "5' UTILITY EASEMENT".
Pursuant to the request of Jefferson County Clerk and Recorders Office, the intent of this
affidavit is to correct the easement boundary for accuracy. The revised legal exhibit is provided
in Exhibit A.
