THIS MATTER came on regularly for hearing this day upon
Consents to Entry of Rule and Order with respect to the acquisi-
tion of the property which is the subject matter of this action,
said Consents being duly executed by the owner of record, and
thnse otherwise interested of record: and it appearing to the
court from said consents and the other pleadings herein that said
persons are the record owner and those otherwise intere~ted and
that ~aid persons have agreed with the petitioner upon the com-
~ pensation to be paid herein;
THE COURT FINDS: That it has full and complete jurisdic-
tion of the subject matter of this action and the parties
thereto; that service has been made upon all interested parties
as required by law; that the parties have agreed that the sum of
$6,060.00 represents the full compensation to be paid for the
taking of said property, and all interests therein, including
damages, and for any and all other costs of said p~rties; that
pursuant to said agreement the petitioner has deposited in the
Registry Fund of this Court the sum of $2,000.00, and paid
$4,060.00 directly to Wheat Ridge Sanitation District as agreed;
and, therefore, it is

ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Permanent Easement No. n
PE-l REV. described in Exhibit "A," atta~hed hereto and incorpo- {j-
rated herein by reference, has been duly and lawfully taken by
the petitioner pursuant Lo the statutes and the Constitution of
the State of Colorado; that the interests of the respondents in
said easement have been acquired by the petitioner, and that the
title to said easement is hereby vested in the petitioner, sub-
ject to a drainage and flood control easement in favor of the
City of Wheat Ridge recorded under Reception No. 8106086 of the
records of the Clerk and Recorder of Jefferson County, and it is
FURTHER ORDERED that a certified copy of this Rule and
Order be recorded and indexed in the office of the Clerk and
Recorder of Jefferson County, in liKe manner and with like effect
as if it were a deed of conveyanc~ from the owner and parties
interested in the petitioner herein.
