SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT NORWOOD, INC., with an office at Wheat Ridge. Colorado, Party
of the FIrst Part, in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/IOO ($]0.00) Dollars,
and other ',aluable considerations, in hand paid. the receipt 0; which Is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, f.ell and convey unto JAMES E.
JOHNSON of Jefferson County, Colo"ado an undivided sixty percent (60%) interest
in and to the follOWing described pru;.>erty, and unto CHARLES W. EDWARDS of
