Dier. County Attorney. Minutes of the April Meeting read and approved, ~ .... J.H.Weirlman VIa" granted the privilege to lay a pipe on Poor Farm Avenue, the pipe to be lairl at least three (3) feet under the surface of the gro~nd or grade. A Resolution was presented to the Board by Jurlge Charles McCall asking that he be allowed the salary as now provided by law for County Jurlge. After rlue consideration the Board decided that unrler the ConRtitution and Laws of the ~tate of Colorado the salary of a County Officer could not be changed by the Hoard, and the Resolution was unenimo..ls- ly rejected. !I, -f '1/)/.2 \~ On motion it was unanimouRly decided that the tJlirty foot road or street on the East line of Coulehan Grange known as Bryan Avenue be accepted as a County Road, as ded- icated to the public by Mrs Coulehan in the Plat of Coulchan ~range. The following resolution was unanimously adopted: RESOLVED, that 'H"i1EREAS, it appears to this Board that lands situate in Clear Creek County are irrigated by watcr from the stream of Clear Creek, and that said County shall pay i~s pro rata share of the salary of the Water ~ommissioner of Water District Ko. 7, therefore, HESOLV D, that hereafter this COUt'ty will pay only one sixth of the salary of the Water Commissioner of said Water District, that being its pro rata share of such salary, on the b~sis of Clear Cr~ek County being situated in said Water District. On motion it was ordered that the Road commencin~ at the center or Section Three (3) Tp. 4 S" R. 69 West and running thence East Eighty (80) Rods on half Sec. line. be accepted as petitioned for. Said road being the same as dedicated to the public by Joseph B. Wight in the Pl~t of "Wight's SUbdivi8ion~ said road being 60 feet wide. .- On account of ill clement weather the viewers appointed to view the road commencing at the center of Section 17 Tp. 3 s.R.69 West and running thence East on the haIr ~eotion line to the center of Section 15; a distance of two miles. were unable to view the said road. It is ordered that tho same viewers be appointed (F.R.Morris, Torrence White Jr. and Wm. Allen) to view the said road, and Yay 25th at ten o'clock be the time ror said viewera to meet, at the commencement or said road. The Board then adjourned to meet Monday June 3rd, A.D. 1907.
