I, Jacob Klassen, do hereby covenant to the City of Wheat Ridqe
that I shall be personally liable for completion of all public
improvements required to be completed at Depew Estates, including
curbs, gutters and sidewalks alono West 38th Avenue adjoining the
Depew Estates, and further that in the event said improvements
are not completed by me, the City of Wheat Ridqe is hereby
authorized to complete said public improvements at my sole cost
and that any costs incurred by the City of Wheat Ridoe shall
constitute a lien upon the property described herein until
paid in full by me,
