The portion of the above described property not used for improvements defined on said plans shall be available for use by the City for maintenance of said improvements only, no additional improvements or use shall be permitted thereon. In the event the City discontinues the use of the above described improvements for a period of six (6) months this easement shall terminate and be of no further effect, reverting automatically to the Grantor, her successors and assigns.
