PERMANENT EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Alice B. Walter, 6240 West 47th
Avenue, Wheat Ridge, 80033 of Jefferson County, Colorado, herein-
after called the "grantor" for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration to her in hand
paid by the City of Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called "City", does
hereby give and grant to said City PERMANENT RIGHT-OF-WAY and
EASEMENT on, along, over and across the following described premises
to-wit:
The West fifteen (15) feet of the tract of land recorded as
Lot 4, DUDYMOTT SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof,
Jefferson County, Colorado.
AKA 6240 West 47th Avenue
for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a drainageway for
stormwatewr runoff.
Subject to the following terms and conditions:
Following construction, all existing features such as
fences, lawns, shrubs, and trees shall be restored to
original condition, or better.
And the Grantor hereby covenants with the Grantees that she has good
title to the aforedescribed premises; that she has good and lawful
right to grant this easement.
