KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Selma A. Ross, Q390 West 45th
Avenue, Wheat Ridge, of Jeffer-son County, Color-ado, hereinafter-
called the "grantor" for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration to her in hand
paid by the City of Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called "City", does
hereby give and grant to said City PERMANENT RIGHT-OF-WAY and
EASEMENT on, along, over and across the following described premises
to-wit:
The West 15 feet of the North 132 feet of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4,
Block 9, LAKEVIEW SUBDIVISION.
AKA 6390 West 45th Avenue.

Following constr-uction, all existing features such as fences,
lawns, shrubs and trees shall be restored to original condition
or- better.
And the Grantor hereby covenant with the Grantees that she has good
title to the aforedescribed premises; that she has good and lawful
right to grant this easement.
