KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that William o. Helm, 4550 Carr
Street, Wheat Ridge, of Jefferson County, Colorado, hereinafter
called the "grantor" for and in consider-ation of the sum of Ten and
00/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration to him in
hand paid by the City of Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called "City",
does hereby give and grant to said City PERMANENT RIGHT-OF-WAY
and EASEMENT on, along, over and across the following described
premises to-wit:
A tract of land located in the NW 1/4 of Section 23, Township 3
South, Range 69 West of the 6th PM, more particularly described
as the South ten (10) feet of Lot 1, KENRIDGE SUBDIVISION.
AKA 4440 Carr Str-eet, per plat of Kenridge subdivision.
Exhibit attached
For the purpose of constructing and maintaining a drainageway for
stormwater runoff.
Subject to the following terms and conditions:
All existing features such as lawns, fences, and trees shall be
restored to original condition or better.
And the Grantor hereby covenants with the Grantees that he has good
title to the aforedescribed premises; that he has good and lawful
right to gr-ant this easement.
